The Water Melon Cottage has easy access from I-10. It is in a neat little neighborhood. It has a great view and sleeps 12 comfortably. There are 3 bedrooms and 3 baths, a great room with DISH/TV and fireplace, a family room with TV.

Amenities include:

Central heat and air, well equipped kitchen, washer and dryer, gas grill, screened porch, lots of deck area, sitting on the water, even a boat ramp in the back yard. You can park up to 3 boats on our dock. Truck and trailer parking on property behind an operable gate. Great for families , fishermen, or hunters.

All linens are provided but please bring your own life jackets and beach towels.
